Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the raffle.

  • Employees of McQueens Collision Center, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To be eligible for the raffle, participants must:


  1. Follow McQueens Collision Center on Instagram @mcqueenscc.

  2. Follow McQueens Collision Center on TikTok @mcqueenscc.

  3. Comply with any additional entry requirements specified in the raffle announcement.

Winner Announcement

  • The winner of the raffle will be announced on July 4, 2025.

  • The winner will be notified via direct message on either Instagram or TikTok.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner may be selected.

Scope of Prize

The prize awarded is limited to paint services only. It explicitly excludes body work or dent repair. Any desired body work or dent repair must be paid for by the customer prior to the commencement of painting services.

General Conditions

  • McQueens Collision Center reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

  • McQueens Collision Center reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered.

  • By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • McQueens Collision Center's decision in all matters relating to the raffle is final and binding.

  • This raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or TikTok.
